These Terms govern your use of Decora, operated by Zenova Labs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least the minimum age shown at sign-up and able to form a binding agreement to use Decora.

The service

Decora analyses photos of your spaces and generates design ratings, recommendations, and AI visualisations for inspiration.

Subscriptions and billing

Decora offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device Settings. Refunds are handled under the applicable app store’s policies.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos of spaces you have the right to photograph. Do not use Decora for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

AI output — no professional advice

Ratings, recommendations, generated visualisations, and cost estimates are produced by AI for inspiration only. They are not professional interior design, construction, structural, or financial advice, and may be inaccurate or unachievable in your actual space. Always verify measurements, materials, feasibility, and pricing with a qualified professional before making any purchase or renovation decision. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

Third-party links and affiliates

Decora may show links to products on third-party retailers such as Amazon, which open in your browser. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We do not sell these products, make no warranties about them, and are not responsible for third-party sites, pricing, or availability.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and use them solely to operate the service and deliver your results.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenova Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using Decora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above when we do.
